Product Delivery
Our products are currently delivered through digital subscriptions only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within five (5) minutes but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided when signing up for the service.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and you will also be able to access a copy of the invoice on your dashboard. You will be given details to access the dashboard when you sign up or when you complete a purchase.
Purchases from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our services. While we are flexible and allow you to add as many instagram accounts as you like we will not tolerate abuse and terms of use violations. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our dashboard and subscriptions.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our product is a digital service delivered via Internet delivery we generally offer no refunds once the subscription has been paid for.
Service is provided and it is non-refundable once payment has been processed. The buyer is responsible for defining any settings that will enable them to receive a full service from us.
We do not gaurantee any minimum likes / followers using our service, this is absolutely not realistic.
We make NO gaurantees as to the likes/comments per hour. This is not a bot service and the figures in the dashboard are for illustrative purposes only, we do our best to get to the comments / likes per hour but it is not always realistic with all settings.
